摘　　要：在新的时代背景下,高校档案工作要与时俱进,加快现代化进程,必须积极探索高校档案工作规范化管理的有效途径,提升高校档案工作管理水平。本文就高校档案工作规范化管理的重要性和档案工作规范化管理中存在的主要问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应对策。Archive management in colleges needs to be updated and modernized in this new era. Effective measures should be taken to promote the standardization of archive management. This paper explores the significance of standardizing the archive management and the problems in the process, and then suggests countermeasures to tackle the problems.
