摘　　要：从已建海底管道埋设实际中提出问题，参照有关国家对海底管道埋设要求，调查与分析了海底管道有关事故，结合目前海底管道埋设现状与海底管道安全保护，进行海底管道埋设的技术论证。The accidents on the existed subsea pipelines are investigated and analyzed,the relevant requirement put forward by government authority is reviewed. on these basis,a technical demonstration on the laying and burying of subsea pipeline is made with consideration of safety and protection.
