摘  要:[目的]研究甜荞和苦荞茎叶中总黄酮的提取工艺。[方法]以总黄酮得率为指标,通过正交试验优选出最佳提取条件。[结果]最佳提取工艺以75%乙醇为溶剂,1∶25的料液比在65℃振荡提取2 h。在该优化条件下,甜荞、苦荞茎叶中总黄酮得率分别为5.65%、6.54%。[结论]该方法简单、快捷,便于推广和普及,是提取荞麦茎叶中总黄酮的有效方法。[Objective] To study the extraction technology of total flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Fagopyrum esculentum Moench and Fagopyrun tatarilly.[Method] With the yield of total flavonoids as the index,the best extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test.[Result] Under the conditions of 75% ethanol as the solvent,1∶25 material-liquid ratio and vibration in 65 ℃ for 2 h,the yield of total flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Fagopyrum esculentum Moench and Fagopyrum tataricum were 5.65% and 6.54% respectively.[Conclusion] The method was simple,rapid and easy to popularize,which was the effective method for extracting total flavonoids from the stems and leaves of buckwheat.
