无牙颌患者口腔黏膜及面部皮肤颜色测量及其相关性初步分析

摘　　要：目的:对在上海长海医院就诊的无牙颌患者牙槽黏膜、唇红、面部皮肤的色度值进行采集,研究无牙颌患者牙槽黏膜、唇红、面部皮肤色度学分布及其相关性。方法:用CM-700d分光测色计采集47例无牙颌患者牙槽黏膜、唇红、面部皮肤色度值,用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果:牙槽黏膜色度值范围L*(42.14-64.18),a*(3.27-14.03),b*(2.4-12.57);唇红色度值范围L*(34.23-58.26),a*(5.24-15.89),b*(2.64-13.18);皮肤色度值范围L*(46.63-65.65),a*(4.53-13.01),b*(6.04-17.57);唇红L值越大则皮肤L值越大,唇红a值越大则牙槽黏膜a值越大,皮肤b值越大则牙槽黏膜b值越大。结论:通过此项研究初步得出无牙颌患者牙槽黏膜、唇红、皮肤色度值范围及其相关性:唇红与皮肤明度L值、牙槽黏膜与唇红a值、皮肤与牙槽黏膜b值呈正相关。Objective： To collect and analyze the color of alveolar mucosa,lip and face skin of edentulous patients in the treatment of Changhai Hospital and to study the distribution and relationship of the three position.Methods： The color of alveolar mucosa,lip and face skin of 47 edentulous patients were measured with CM-700d colorimeter.Data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software.Results： alveolar mucosa = L＊（42.14-64.18）,a＊（3.27-14.03）,and b＊（2.4-12.57）;Lips= L＊（34.23-58.26）,a＊（5.24-15.89）,and b＊（2.64-13.18）;and skin= L＊（46.63-65.65）,a＊（4.53-13.01）,and b＊（6.04-17.57）.The bigger the L＊ value of the lip became,the bigger the L＊ value of the face skin was.The bigger the a＊ value of the lip became,the bigger the a＊ value of the alveolar mucosa became.The bigger the b＊ value of the skin turned,the bigger the b＊ value of the alveolar mucosa turned.Conclusion： By the study,we have known the color range of alveolar mucosa,lip and face skin of edentulous patients and the correlation of the three position： The L＊ value of lip had a positive correlation with face skin,the a＊ value of mucosa had a positive correlation with lip,the b＊ value of skin had a positive correlation with mucosa.
