摘　　要：当前大学生就业竞争日趋激烈,会计学专业就业率持续走低。会计学专业毕业生普遍存在就业心态不够端正、就业能力欠缺等问题。针对这些问题,高校应该调整会计学人才培养方向,建立生活和学业"双导师制",并进一步加强教学内容和教学方法的改革。Current graduates＇ employment competition becomes increasingly fierce,the accounting professional employment falling.There are some universal problems with accounting graduates,such as,the incorrect employment psychology,lack of the employability.To solve these problems,the universities should adjust accounting personnel training direction,establish the ＂Double-tutors system＂ in life and academic,and further strengthening the teaching contents and teaching methods reform.
