摘  要:为了更好地提高高校体育教学质量,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、教学实验法及数据统计法对当前高校体育排球课教学中存在的两极分化和针对性不强现象做了实验研究,设计了新型的教学方法——层次教学法。试验结果表明:层次教学法符合因材施教、因人而异的原则,优于传统教学法,能满足不同层次学生的学习需求,使体育教学更具针对性,能更有效地提高学生的排球技术水平及上课的自主性,对树立学生的自信心及优化体育课堂结构具有明显的促进作用,是一种科学有序的体育教学方法。In order to improve the quality of physical education teaching,the essay investigated the phenomenon of polarization and lower pertinence in college volleyball classes,We designed new teaching method-delaminated teaching method,and conducted teaching experiment by means of literature index,questionnaire and data statistics.The results show that: the delaminated teaching method is in accordance with the rule of teaching accordingly,which can also satisfy the student's needs at different level,making PE teaching more targeted,improving student's skills and autonomy efficiently,significantly promoting building students' confidence and optimizing physical classroom environment,It is a effective physical education teaching method.
