热休克蛋白HSP27和HSP70在老年性白内障患者晶状体上皮细胞中表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中热休克蛋白HSP27和HSP70的表达变化情况。方法应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(semi-quantitaive reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)方法,检测HSP27、HSP70在老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中mRNA的表达水平。结果正常人晶状体上皮细胞中仅有少量的HSP27和HSP70mRNA表达;而老年性白内障组HSP27和HSP70表达明显增高,差异有显著性。结论热休克蛋白HSP27和HSP70的应激表达提示其参与了人晶状体上皮细胞抗应激损伤过程,对人晶状体上皮细胞起着重要的保护作用。Objective To investigate the change of HSP27 and HSP70 expression of lens epithelial cells in age-related cataract.Methods RT-PCR method was used to study mRNA expression levels of HSP27 and HSP70 in lens epithelial cells of ARC.Results Under normal circumstances,there were lower expression levels of HSP27 and HSP70 in the lens epithelial cells,Their expression levels were higher in ARC than in normal.Conclusion The stress expression of HSP27 and HSP70 reveal that they participate in protection of anti-stress injury of the lens epithelial cells.
