基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2在口腔鳞癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的分析基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)在口腔鳞癌中的表达及与临床病理之间的关系,为口腔鳞癌的诊断提供一个新的指标。方法收集50例手术临床病理证实口腔鳞癌手术标本。用免疫组化法检测MMP-2的表达。数据资料应用SPSS17.0统计学软件处理。结果 MMP-2的表达水平与口腔鳞癌淋巴结转移有关、有统计学意义(P<0.05),与口腔磷癌组织学类型、分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论 MMP-2可以作为评价口腔鳞癌侵袭和转移能力指标。Objective To observe the expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase-2in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinom and their relationships with clinicopathologic features.To support a new predictive and a new pathway to the treatment of the rectal carcinoma.Methods In this research 50 paraffin-embedded cancer biopsy specimens of patients with rectal carcinoma who had been proved to have Oral Squamous Cell Carcinom through pathological diagnosis and had operation for cure Routine slice is done for 2 serial section in 3 m thickness,and used to detect the expression level of MMP-2 with the appliance of SP.The data have been statistically analyzed with spss 13.0 for windows.Results And there are no significant statistical differences in MMP-2 expressions among the tumor location,growth style,histological type,differentiated degrees of the patients respectively（p0.05）.There are significant differences in MMP-2 expression in Lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion MMP-2 can be used to appraise the latent energy of invasion and metastasis in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma.
