摘　　要：以促进知识的流动与共享为目的,构建了企业知识链管理绩效评价指标体系,将模糊多指标评价方法引入到企业知识链管理绩效研究中,利用三角模糊数对定性指标进行量化,引入模糊熵权法确定各个指标的权重,通过计算各参评单位的知识链管理绩效综合得分来对其进行排序,最后通过实例说明了给出方法的应用.In order to promote the flow and sharing of enterprise knowledge,the knowledge management performance evaluation system is established based on knowledge cycle process.The Fuzzy Multi-criteria Decision-making Method is introduced into the analysis of enterprise knowledge management performance, and the qualitative indicators are quantified by using Triangular Fuzzy Number.The weight of each indicator is determined by the introduction of Fuzzy Entropy Method,which is sorted based on the composite score gained by calculating each evaluation unit.Finally,an example is presented to illustrate the application of the proposed method.
