摘 要:目的确定茵杖舒胆颗粒的喷雾干燥最佳工艺。方法以干粉得率为指标,筛选了加入浸膏的辅料;采用单因素试验法,以干粉得率和水分含量为指标,确定了进风温度、进料速度和雾化压力等喷雾干燥工艺参数。结果在茵杖舒胆浸膏中添加50%的糊精可明显改善喷雾干燥情况。最佳喷雾干燥工艺条件为:进风温度120℃,进料速度9 mL/min,雾化压力1.05 bar。结论建立的喷雾干燥工艺条件切实可行,能够满足颗粒剂制备的需要。Objective To define the best process for spray drying of Yinzhang Shudan granules.Methods Excipients were selected in terms of the yield rate of dried powders with several excipients added,then,the process parameters,such as inlet temperature,the pump rate of liquid feedstock and spraying air pressure were optimized by single factor experiment method,in which the yield rate and water content of dried powders were set up as the evaluation indexes.Results The condition of spray drying was improved by adding 50% volume of dextrin into the extract.The best process parameters for spray drying of Yinzhang Shudan granules involved an inlet temperature of 120 ℃,the pump rate of liquid feedstock of 9 mL/min,and spraying air pressure of 1.05 bar.Conclusion The established process was applicable for the preparation of Yinzhang Shudan granules.
