摘　　要：通过阐述世界主要船舶基金不同模式,及对各个国家船舶基金融资特性进行比较分析,探讨船舶基金特质(包括基金的运作与管理、基金各利益方协调以及船舶基金风险)问题,透过船舶基金在航运资本市场存在的困境,提出对我国船舶融资租赁路径选择的借鉴。By describing different models of the world′s major ship fund,and analyzing each national ship fund′s financial character,the paper discusses the ship fund′s special character（including the fund′s operation and the management,fund′s various benefits side coordinated as well as the ship fund′s risk questions）.Finally it proposes the path′s choice of ship financial leasing aiming at the ship fund′s difficult position in the shipping capital market.
