摘　　要：目的:了解当前浙江省医药企业社会责任履行现状,提出医药企业社会责任的理论模型。方法:基于卡罗尔社会责任金字塔理论,综合考虑当前浙江省医药企业的特殊性,阐述医药企业社会责任内涵并构建其理论模型。结论:医药企业社会责任的金字塔模型以质量安全保障为基础,向上依次为经济责任、法律责任和公益责任。该模型的提出使医药企业可以根据自身发展的水平履行相应的社会责任,同时有利于维护医药行业自身的品质。Objective：To learn the recent condition of pharmaceutical companies＇ corporate social responsibility（CSR） and give a detailed introduction of their CSR theoretical model.Methods：Taken the characteristics of pharmaceutical companies in China into consideration,we give a detailed introduction of their CSR and the theoretical model.Conclusion：The pyramid model of the CSR of pharmaceuticals in China is based on products＇ quality and safety,which also includes the responsibility for economy,law and charity.This model helps pharmaceuticals to perform their social responsibility according to their development level.In addition,it helps increase the quality of the pharmaceutical in-dustry.
