摘　　要：随着我国医疗卫生和教育体制改革的不断深化,卫生事业的发展及改革的实践对卫生事业管理人员的综合素质提出了迫切要求。本文提出了卫生管理专业本科生综合素质培养的人才质量标准,并介绍了本科生综合素质培养模式的构建、实施以及实践效果。With the development of health service and reform about education system,comprehensive quality is essential to everyone en-gaged in health service management to carry out the practice of health care reform.This article proposed the criterion of educated undergradu-ates major in health service management and introduced some constrution of train mode and practical effect improving the comprehensive qual-ity of undergraduates.
