舍饲绵羊产后0～8周乳成分变化规律研究

摘　　要：选取甘肃肉用绵羊新品种选育群经产母羊45只,随机分为9组,每组5只,对舍饲绵羊产后0~8周乳中干物质含量、乳蛋白含量、氨基酸含量和谷氨酰胺含量的变化规律进行了研究.结果表明：舍饲棉羊产后0周乳中的干物质含量和乳蛋白含量显著高于其他各周（P〈0.05）,1~8周乳中干物质含量和乳蛋白含量组间差异均不显著（P〉0.05）;乳中谷氨酰胺含量呈＂M＂型变化趋势,产后0、4和9周乳中谷氨酰胺含量显著低于其他泌乳时期（P〈0.05）;初乳中所测的15种氨基酸含量均最高,随着泌乳时间的延长,各种氨基酸含量逐渐降低,普遍在第3周含量降至最低,之后有所上升;常乳中（产后1~8周）各种氨基酸平均含量由高到低的顺序为：谷氨酸〉脯氨酸〉亮氨酸〉赖氨酸〉天门冬氨酸〉缬氨酸〉异亮氨酸〉丝氨酸〉酪氨酸〉丙氨酸〉苏氨酸〉精氨酸〉苯丙氨酸〉组氨酸〉甘氨酸.舍饲绵羊产后0~8周,乳中各种氨基酸含量与赖氨酸含量之比基本稳定,其比值在周龄之间有较小的波动,且差异不显著（P〉0.05）.Forty-five confined multiparous ewes,averagely distributed to 9 groups,were used to study the changes of dry matter,crude protein,amino acids and glutanine content in milk 0~8 weeks past-partum.The results showed that milk dry matter and protein in different lactation stages had shown significant differences（P0.05）.Foremilk protein and dry matter content were significantly higher than that of other weeks postpartum（P0.05）.Differences of milk dry matter and protein content in 1~8 weeks postpartum were not significant（P0.05）.The changes of glutamine content could be described as curve of ＂M＂.0,4 and 9 weeks glutamine content were significantly lower than that of other weeks postpartum（P0.05）.All 15 amino acids content in foremilk were significantly higher than that of other weeks postpartum（P0.05）.All amino acids content declined gradually from 1~3 weeks and reached a trough at the 3rd week,then tended to increase 4~8 weeks postpartum.The content of every kind of amino acids in milk had following orders： glutamateprolineleucinelysineasparticvalineisoleucineserinetyrosinealaninethreonineargininephenylalaninehistidineglysine.The changes of every amino acid∶lysine ratio didn＇t show significant differences in different lactation stages（P0.05）.
