摘　　要：目的观察舒肝宁心中药对卒中后抑郁患者的临床症状,日常生活活动能力改善的影响。方法将首次发病的急性脑卒中并伴有抑郁症状的患者随机分为中药治疗组(舒肝宁心中药)及西药治疗组(盐酸氟西汀);治疗前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、日常生活活动能力评分(MBI)评定疗效。结果两组总有效率相近,治疗后HAMD、MBI积分均较治疗前明显改善,组间无明显差异。结论舒肝宁心中药可以缓解脑卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁症状,促进日常生活活动能力的恢复。Objective：To study the effect of Shuganningxin Herbs on the clinical symptoms and the activity of daily living in patients with post stroke depression.Methods：72 post stroke depression patients were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group with Shuganningxin Herbs and the western medicine group with fluoxertine hydrochloride.The HAMD and the MBI were used to evaluate the effect before and after these therapies.Results：There were no statistical differences between two groups in the total effective rate and above scores.After treatment,the HAMD score and the MBI score were improved obviously in two groups.Conclusion：The depression symptom and the activity of daily living are improved significantly by the Shuganningxin Herbs.
