复杂性科学视角下我国创业资本系统特性研究

摘　　要：创业资本投资是一种投资于未上市的新兴创业企业并参与管理的投资活动。近年来,我国创业资本系统面临的制度环境发生了许多变化,增加了创业资本系统的复杂性,因而研究其非线性运作机制和特点具有积极意义。创业资本市场是高度开放的非线性复杂系统,具有耗散结构、混沌性、协同、突变等特点和性质,据此,可以制定复杂性视角下创业资本系统的相关制度建设策略。Venture capital investment is a kind of activity in funding unlisted emerging enterprises and participating in decision-making.In recent years,China＇s venture capital system environment has undergone many changes,and the system complexity increased.Therefore,the study of nonlinear operation mechanism and characteristics has great significance.Venture capital market is a highly opened nonlinear system,and has the characteristics such as dissipative structure,chaos,collaboration,and mutation.We can propose construction strategies for venture capital system from the perspective of complexity science.
