服务高等学校职能 提高实验室综合效益

摘　　要：罪犯心理实验室以"服务于高等学校的培养人才、科学研究、直接为社会服务三大职能,提高实验室综合效益"为建设目标,在服务高等学校职能,提高实验室综合效益方面进行了有益的实践与探索:服务于培养高素质的应用型司法警官职能,大力开展罪犯心理实验教学;服务于罪犯改造理论研究的职能,积极开展罪犯心理科研实验;服务于为监狱劳教事业服务职能,直接开展社会服务。经过10余年的建设,实验室综合效益显著提高,在促进学院发展的同时,也实现了实验室自身的发展。With ＂service in three function of higher school＇s talents training,scientific research,direct service to the society,improveing the comprehensive benefits＂ for the construction goal,the criminal＇s psychological laboratory of central institute for correctional police made a beneficial practice and exploration in servicing higher school function and improving the comprehensive benefit of laboratory：serve to cultivate high-quality practical judicial officer functions,vigorously developing the criminal psychology experiment teaching;serve the function of the theoretical study of reforming prisoners,actively develop the criminal psychology research experiment;serve detention for prison career,to develop social service directly.After ten years of construction,laboratory comprehensive benefits were improved markedly.In promoting college development,at the same time the,lab realized its own development.
