摘　　要：介绍了智能材料磁流变液在磁场作用下的流变学性能,阐述了以单片机为模糊控制系统的冷却智能系统的工作原理,提出了大偏差饱和分段及小偏差模糊的组合控制策略,并给出了模糊控制系统设计的具体内容,如模糊化、模糊推理、解模糊等。The rheologic behaviour of magneto rheological fluid as intelligence material across transverse magnetic field was stated and the working principles of the single-chip microcontroller as fuzzy controller, on the intelligent-controlled cooling system was expounded. A composite controlling strategy, which adopts saturated subsection control for big deviation and fuzzy control for small one, was proposed. The exact and concrete content of the system design was presented, including fuzzification, fuzzy ratiocination, defuzzification and so on.
