摘　　要：用学生党建带动班集体建设,以班集体建设促进学生党建工作,实现学生党建和班集体建设的良性互动,是新时期开拓大学生思想政治工作的需要。查找盲区,创新理念;激发活力,创新机制;搭建平台,创新载体,是实现高校学生党建与班集体建设良性互动的有效途径。It is a must to open up college students’ political and ideological work in the new age to achieve the positive interaction between college students’ class collective construction and Party construction by Party construction taking the lead in class collective construction and the class collective construction promoting the Party construction and it is also an effective way of achieving the positive interaction between college students’ class collective construction and Party construction by finding out the blind area,creating concept,activating vitality,innovating mechanism,setting up stage and renewing carrier.
