摘  要:采用盆栽试验研究了持续干旱胁迫对6份具有不同耐旱性马铃薯材料产量及产量形成的影响。结果表明:块茎形成初期干旱胁迫对单株薯数无显著影响,持续干旱胁迫主要通过降低平均单薯重来影响单株生产能力;敏感型品种各阶段薯重增长均受到明显抑制;耐旱型品种块茎膨大期受到严重抑制,但淀粉积累期至成熟期平均单薯重具有补偿性增长能力。分析认为:干旱对结薯数的影响可能主要是抑制苗期植株匐伏茎的形成;干旱地区马铃薯节水灌溉的要求因品种耐旱性而异,敏感型品种需要持续的水分保证,而耐旱品种的最佳灌溉时期应该是苗期。The effect of continuous drought condition on yield traits and yield formation of 6 potato genotypes with distinctly different drought tolerance was studied with potted experiment.The results showed that tuber number per plant did not change under different water conditions at the early stage of tuber formation,thus continuous drought stress depressed the produce ability of plant mainly by reducing average tuber weight.Tuber weight of sensitive genotypes at all growth stages was inhibited,the similar inhibit effect of drought-tolerance genotypes also took place at tuber bulking stage,but average tuber weight acquired compensating increasing ability during starch accumulation stage and maturing stage.It was suggested that the effect of drought stress on tuber number could be occurred mainly by restraining the initiation of stolons at seedling stage.The requirement of water-saving irrigation was differing by tolerance of potato genotypes in the arid areas.Sensitive cultivars require continuous water supply,but the best irrigate period of drought-tolerance cultivars should be at seedling stage.
