摘 要:农村居民点用地整理是新农村建设的重要内容,深入开展区域范围内待整理农村居民点时序研究,对于指导农村居民点用地的有序整理具有重要现实意义。本文以四川省农用地产能核算成果通过ARCGIS10.0空间分析功能,将距居民点最近的农用地图斑进行属性传递,从而得到其整理潜力的大小,并作为进行时序划分的主要依据。研究结果表明,温江区农村居民点一级整理区主要集中在万春镇、寿安镇、和盛镇和永宁镇,面积为493.87 hm2;二级整理区主要集中在寿安镇、万春镇、和盛镇和永宁镇,面积为1138.75 hm2;三级整理区主要集中在寿安镇、万春镇、和盛镇、金马镇和公平街道办事,面积为842.34 hm2。农村居民点整理优先顺序的确定对促进土地集约利用和农产品供应安全起到了较好的作用,为国土管理提供理论依据和技术支撑。Rural residential land consolidation was the most important content in the new countryside construction.To build rural residential land consolidation orderly,it was of great practical significance to develop a deep regionalization research to rural residential land consolidation.The attribution which was the nearest map spot of comprehensive productivity of cultivated land on Sichuan was transferred by the spatial analysis function of ARCGIS10.0.The consolidation potential of Rural Residential Land was obtained,which was the most foundation of schedule partitioning.The results showed that the first consolidation area was located in Wanchun,Shouan,Heshengand Yongning with the area about 493.87 hm2,the second consolidation area was located in Shouan,Wanchun,Hesheng and Yongning with the area about 1138.75 hm2,the last consolidation area located in Shouan,Wanchun,Hesheng,Jinma and Gongping with the area about 2112.72hm2.The results of consolidation schedule of rural residential land was important to promoting land intensive use and the safe of agricultural products supply,meanwhile theoretical basis and technology support were provided to national territorial management.
