摘 要:目的为静电宏观生物效应作用机理提供一定的理论依据。方法用不同电场强度处理脂肪酶5 min,处理后分别在第1 d和第10 d测定电场对脂肪酶紫外光谱的影响。结果脂肪酶紫外光谱发生了明显的变化,说明电场可以改变酶的构象。结论电场强度为1.0,2.0,4.0和6.0 kV/cm时,第1 d的紫外光谱的变化幅度强于第10 d的变化幅度;电场强度为3.0和5.0 kV/cm时,第1 d的变化幅度弱于第10 d的变化幅度。Aim To provide theoretical basis for studying the acting mechanism of macroscopical electrostatic biological effects. Methods After the lipase are treated with different strengths of elec- tric field for 5 rain, the effect of electric field on ultraviolet spectra of lipase were measured on the first day and the tenth day respectively. Results The experimental results show that ultraviolet spectra of lipase is changed obviously, which indicates that the conformation of lipase can be altered by electric field. Conclusion The effects of electric field on the spectra of lipase on the first day are more power- ful than that on the tenth day when the lipase are treated with 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 and 6.0 kV/cm~ But the result is on the contrary when the lipase is treated with 3.0 and 5.0 kV/cm.
