摘　　要：首先阐述了动态企业思想的产生背景及其在管理思想演变过程中的位置与意义；然后，首次结合物元理论研究了动态企业思想及企业动态模型等问题，得到了一些有价值的结论．In this paper, the background of the dynamic enterprise modelling (DEM),as well as its place and significance during the evolvement of management thought is expounded firstly. Then, the main idea and content of DEM are studied according to the matter\|element theory, and some significant conclusions are obtainted.
