摘　　要：针对任职教育院校实践性教学存在的问题,从任职教育实践教学内容、实践教学平台、教学组训方式等方面进行了分析,并针对存在问题提出了切实可行的改革创新方法,对任职教育院校的教学有较强的借鉴作用。Taking into consideration the problems in the professional education academy,some practical ways of reform and innovation are proposed through analyzing the teaching content,practical teaching platform,the ways of teaching organization and training,which can be used for reference.
