摘　　要：黑茶物流金融的有效运作已经成为黑茶产业发展的重要突破口。参与黑茶物流金融运作的金融机构、物流企业和黑茶生产者之间收益分配不合理,这个问题是阻碍黑茶物流金融发展的重要原因之一。结合三方不完全信息博弈模型,首先分析了参与黑茶物流金融模式将带来的整体收益增加值,考虑收益变化情况下,使用Shapley方法模型,分析各参与方的收益分配均衡,并进行了实例分析以说明其有效性。The effective operation of the financial logistics has became the most important point in dark tea industry development.The allocation of profit from cooperation in dark tea logistics financial is unfair,this issue is important reason of impeding the development.Combined with three-game model with incomplete information,this article analyzes the overall profit from cooperation in dark tea logistics financial firstly.Consider the earnings changes,using Shapley model to analyze the income distribution in all participants balance,and an illustrative example to show its effectiveness.The conclusion is illuminated with a demonstration.
