摘 要:针对当前动力电池生产后段的工艺流程仍停留在手工操作阶段,劳动强度大,工作效率低等现状,文中提出将物流自动化技术引入到动力电池生产过程中,以自动化立体仓库技术为核心,结合周边的AGV、穿梭车、堆垛机等自动化输送设备来构造一个动力电池的物流自动化生产线系统;以动力电池托盘为信息载体单元,生产管理系统能够实时跟踪、监控电池生产后半段下线、活化、陈化等工序过程中动力电池的参数及状态信息。自动化生产线的引入不仅提升了整个电池行业的物流自动化生产水平,也实现了生产自动化与管理信息化的融合。According to the technological process of power battery back-end production is still in the stage of manual operation,with high labor intensity,low work efficiency,that the logistics automation technology is introduced to power battery production is proposed in this paper.The logistics automatic production line system for power battery composed of automatic stereoscopic warehouse and conveying equipments with AGV、shuttle vehicle、stacker and so on.Based on the pallet as information carrier,the parameters and status information of power batteries can real-time tracked and monitored in the down line,activation and aging procedures of the battery back-end production.Results are showed that the logistics automatic production level of whole battery industry is improved,and the integration of production automation and management information is realized by the automatic production line introduced.
