摘　　要：如何提升思想政治教育的有效性,思想政治教育者的境界也扮演着非常重要的作用。本文从境界内涵着手,认识到境界是标志着人的生活所达到的意义视阈以及人的精神升华的不同层面,并通过对境界的层次性分析,使思想政治教育者树立一个正确的境界观,从而促进思想政治教育的真正发展。The realm of ideological and political educators plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.This paper begins with the realm of content,recognizing that the realm marks the meaning of life and the different levels of sublimation.Based on the analysis of realm's level,the ideological and political educators can form a correct viewpoint of realm which promotes the development of ideological and political education.
