X80级弯管热处理工艺和组织性能相关性研究

摘　　要：对X80级弯管热加工工艺过程中热处理工艺对材料强度、韧性的影响规律及材料组织的变化规律进行了研究.统计分析结果表明,控制能使X80级弯管强度提高的马氏体或粒状贝氏体组织的生成是获得高性能X80级强韧性合理匹配的弯管的关键.The relationship between heat treating regime of X80 grade bend pipes at heat process and its strength and toughness are discussed,also the regularity of microstructure of these selected materials after heat treat are showed in this paper.The results indicate that controlling the formation of microstructure which will improve the strength as martensite and granular bainite is the key points in gainning high quality X80 grade bend pipes.
