摘 要:高层团队管理研究由来已久,国内外研究成果日渐丰富,但是基于文化视角的企业高层团队整合研究成果尚少,研究团队整合理念的成果还不多。从儒家文化的视角研究企业高层团队整合的哲学,并基于儒家文化的价值观分析中国式企业高层团队的整合理念,即更多地强调团队之忠、之仁、之义、之信、之礼、之智、之和。这些价值观对于中国企业的高层团队整合而言,具有非常重要的现实意义。Although the research of management in senior team has been done for a long time and research findings both in home and abroad are getting more and more,the research on integration ideology of enterprise senior team from cultural perspective is limited.This paper does the research on the integration philosophy of enterprise senior team from the perspective of Confucian culture.It analyzes the integration concept of Chinese enterprise senior team based on the values of Confucian culture which more emphasize on team loyalty,benevolence,righteousness,trustworthiness,ceremony,wisdom and harmony.These values have a very important practical significance to the integration of Chinese enterprise senior team.
