摘　　要：文章探讨了高校图书馆员职业角色组合的成分、特征及其与高校可持续发展之间的关系,分析了图书馆员角色压力的压力源及其产生的职业倦怠与调适方法。Nowadays college librarians play many roles, and the roles keep changing all the time. Whether the roles are played successfully or not is important to college development as well as to librarians＇ mental and physical health. This article not only discusses the relationship between librarians＇ roles and college sustainable development, but also analyzes the sources of librarians＇ role stress and professional burnout caused by the stress, and tries to find a way to adjust it.
