摘 要:目的研究PCNA及AgNOR在原发性肝细胞肝癌中的表达及其与生物学行为和患者预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化技术及图象分析技术,分别检测67例原发性肝细胞肝癌患者的组织学标本中PCNA增殖指数及AgNOR颗粒数。结果 PCNA增殖指数及AgNOR颗粒数在高分化肝癌(10.70±7.12,3.29±1.17)、中分化肝癌(36.50±7.87,3.93±0.90)及低分化肝癌(61.60±16.38,7.07±1.84)中依次呈升高趋势;PCNA增殖指数及AgNOR颗粒数也分别与肿瘤肿块大小及预后有关;PCNA增殖指数与AgNOR颗粒数在肝细胞肝癌的表达呈正相关。结论 PCNA增殖指数及AgNOR颗粒数与组织学分级、肿瘤肿块大小及预后有关,研究肝细胞肝癌组织中以上两种反映细胞增殖状态的指标,可以评价肝细胞肝癌细胞的增殖能力、生物学行为及患者的预后。Objective To research the expression of PCNA and AgNOR in Hepatocellular carcinoma and find the relationship with its biological behavior and the prognosis of Hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods It was used that immunohistochemical technique to examine the proliferation inde of PCNA and image analysis technique for the number of AgNOR particles in 67 patients of Hepatocellular carcinoma. Results The proliferation index of PCNA and the number of AgNOR particles were ( 10.70 ± 7.12 ) and ( 3.29 ± 1.17 ) in higher differentiation, ( 36.50 ± 7.87 ) and ( 3.93 ± 0.90 ) in midddle differentiation, ( 61.60 ± 16.38 ) and ( 7.07 ± 1.84 ) in lower differentiation, respectively which showed an increasing tendency. The proliferation index of PCNA and the number of AgNOR particles also showed a correlation with size of tumor and prognosis of patients. The proliferation index of PCNA significantly correlated with the number of AgNOR particals in Hepatoeellular carcinoma. Conclusion The results suggest that a combining study of these two indexes may be helpful to detect the proliferating stages of cancer ceils and assess biological behavior and the prognosis of Hepatocellular carcinoma.
