摘　　要：探讨胃肝样腺癌的病理组织学特点、生物学行为及临床的诊断和治疗,提高对其的认识和早期诊断率。本文就目前胃肝样腺癌在组织病理特点及临床上的研究现状作一综述。To investigate the morphological features,biological behavior,clinical diagnosis and treatment of hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach（HAS）,so as to enhance the knowledge about HAS and early diagnosis.This review will introduce the pathologic features and current situation on the clinical research of gastric hepatoid adenocacinoma.
