摘　　要：乳腺Paget病是一种特殊类型的乳腺癌,发病率低,表现为乳头乳晕区的癌呈湿疹样改变,又称湿疹样癌。发病缓慢,病程较长。该病常伴发乳腺导管原位癌或浸润癌。临床上容易误诊为湿疹,本病在来源与治疗上一直存在争议。本文就乳腺Paget病的来源、临床表现、治疗等方面做一综述。Mammary paget＇s disease is a special type of breast cancer,which is rare.The clinical manifestation is the eczematous changes of the nipple and areolar complex,which is also called eczematoid carcinoma.The onset is slow and the course is long.The disease is often associated with breast ductal carcinoma in situ or invasive carcinoma.It is often misdiagnosed as eczema.The pathogenesis and treatment of the disease is controversial.This article reviewed the origin,clinical manifestation,treatment of mammary paget＇s disease.
