摘  要:目的:探讨细胞免疫和体液免疫在盐酸厄洛替尼所致不同级别皮疹中的作用。方法:对口服盐酸厄洛替尼的68例非小细胞肺癌患者,在口服药物前、服药1个月时、服药2个月时以及疾病进展或末次随访时,检测患者血清IgG、IgA、IgM、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factoe,TNF)、白细胞介素2受体(interleukin-2 receptor,IL-2R)、IL-6和CD4+/CD8+的水平,同时评估皮疹分级。结果:血清IgG、IgA、IgM和TNF水平在不同级别皮疹之间无明显变化,而血清TNF、IL-2R、IL-6和CD4+/CD8+水平与皮疹分级显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:细胞免疫在盐酸厄洛替尼所致皮疹的发生过程中,发挥了主要的作用。Objective:To evaluate the role of humoral immunity and cellular immunity in NSCLC(non-small cell lung) patients with erlotinib-induced rash of different grades.Methods:Serum IgG,IgA,IgM,TNF(tumor necrosis factor),IL-2R(interleukin-2 receptor),IL-6 and CD4^+/CD8^+ levels were determined in 68 NSCLC patients in different periods,including before erlotinib use,one month or two months after erlotinib-use initiation,and with progressive disease or at the last follow-up.The grade of rash was evaluated.Results:There were no significant changes among serum IgG,IgA,IgM and TNF levels of patients with different grades of rash.There was a significant correlation between serum TNF,IL-2R,IL-6 and CD4^+/CD8^+ levels and different grades of skin rash(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Humoral immunity plays a very important role in erlotinib-induced rash.
