摘 要:目的探讨清胰汤对急性胰腺炎大鼠血清IL-1和TNF-α影响。方法将54只SD大鼠随机分:假手术(SO)组,急性胰腺炎(AP)组,清胰汤(QYT)组,每组18只。逆行胰胆管注射3%牛磺胆酸钠诱导大鼠AP模型。测定血清AMS、IL-1和TNF-α水平,观察胰腺组织病理变化。结果 AP组血清AMS、IL-1和TNF-α水平均高于假手术组,予QYT治疗后血清中以上3个指标均明显降低,呈时效依赖性。AP大鼠胰腺有不同程度的病理损伤,予清胰汤干预后,病理有所改善。结论清胰汤可降低AP大鼠血清中IL-1和TNF-α水平,减轻炎症反应,从而发挥其器官保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Qingyi Decoction (QYT) on the expression of IL-1 and TNF-α in serum of rats with acute pancreatitis. Methods 54 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham operation (SO) group, SAP group and QYT group. Animals in each group were sacrificed at corresponding time points to collect blood for detecting AMS, IL-1,TNF-α,and pancreas for conducting HE staining. Results AMS, IL-1 and TNF-α levels in AP group were significantly higher than those in SO group,which decreased in QYT group, and which had time-effect relationship. Different degree pathological injury occurred, pancreas pathological changes improved in QYT group. Conclusion Qingyi Decoction reduced its organ-protection through reducing IL-1 and TNF-α in serum in rats with acute pancreatitis.
