摘  要:目的探讨对肝硬化失代偿期患者家属实施健康教育干预对患者心理和生活质量的影响。方法选择肝硬化失代偿期患者42例,随机分为两组,对照组(n=17)行常规治疗、护理和健康教育;教育组(n=25)除常规治疗和护理外,对患者和家属同步实施健康教育干预。干预前后两组均用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)进行评估。结果两组焦虑、抑郁均得到改善,但教育组同时改善了恐惧和躯体化症状,并且教育组与对照组相比恐惧和抑郁改善明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);两组心理功能均有改善,教育组干预后躯体功能(P<0.05)、心理功能(P<0.01)、生活质量总分(P<0.01)与干预前比较差异有统计学意义,教育组与对照组相比心理功能(P<0.01)、生活质量总分(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论对肝硬化失代偿期患者家属同步实施健康教育干预能改善患者心理,有效提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of a family-based health education intervention on quality of life in patients with liver cirrhosis disease.Methods 42 patients with liver cirrhosis in our department during 2008-2010 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups.The intervention group(n=25) received family-based health education intervention,The control group(n=17) received health education intervention only.QOL was measured with GQOLI-74.Mental health status was measured with SCL-90.Results Paranoid Ideation and depression scores of patients in control group were significantly higher than those in intervention group(P〈0.01).Total GQOLI-74 scores and psychological function scores of patients in control group were significantly lower than those of normal controls(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion It indicated that family-based health education intervention was imperative for improvement in the QOL and mental health status in patients with liver cirrhosis.
