摘　　要：介绍了对生物化学实验教学内容、教学方式和教学手段等方面进行的改进,强调了以基本原理和基本实验技术为中心,通过设计综合性实验、建立开放实验室让学生自主实验和探究性实验,激发了学生的学习积极性,培养学生的实践能力、创新能力与科学思维能力,探索了生化实验教学中培养高素质、综合型创新人才之路。The article describes the improvement of content, method and pattern in biochemistry experimental teaching. By emphasizing on basic biochemistry principle and fundamental laboratorial techniques through designing integrated experiment and founding open laboratory, the students can be stimulated their learning activeness; improve their practical ability, creative ability and scientific analyzing ability. The teaching improvement explores the way to cultivate high qualified, integrated and innova- tive talents from biochemistry experimental teaching.
