摘　　要：为探讨c-erb B-2、bcl-2及nm23蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达及意义,采用免疫组化S-P法检测45例原发性结肠癌组织中c-erb B-2、bcl-2及nm23蛋白的表达。结果为bcl-2、nm23蛋白的表达与结肠癌肿块大小无关(P>0.05),c-erb B-2的表达与结肠癌肿块大小相关(P<0.01);c-erb B-2、bcl-2与分化程度相关,nm23蛋白表达与肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05);c-erb B-2、bcl-2、nm23蛋白表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和远隔转移有关。结论为c-erb B-2、bcl-2和nm23蛋白异常表达在结肠癌发生发展和浸润转移中起重要作用;联合检测c-erb B-2、bcl-2和nm23蛋白对判断结肠癌患者预后和转移有一定的价值。Objective： to investigate the expressions and signitlcances of c -erb B -2, bc1-2 and nm23 protein in the colon carcinoma tissues. Methods： the expressions of c -erb B -2, bcl -2 and nm23 protein were determined by immunohistochemical staining in the 45 patients with colon carcinoma. Results：the expressions of bc1-2 and rim23 protein were not correlated with tumor volume （P 〉 0. 05） , but c- erb B -2 protein had the significant correlation with tumor volume （P 〈 0. 01）. The expressions of c -erb B -2, bc1-2 protein were correlated with tumor differentiation grades, but expressions of nm23 protein was not. C - erb B -2, bcl-2 and nm23 protein expressions were related with depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. Conclusion The abnormal expressions of c-erb B -2,be1-2 and nm23 protein have the important signitlcances in the development and metastasis of colon carcinoma. The combined examination of c -erb B -2, bel- 2 and nm23 protein may be useful for the predicting of metastasis and the prognosis of patients with colon carcinoma.
