天麻钩藤饮配合西药治疗高血压病伴焦虑状态的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察天麻钩藤饮加减配合西药治疗高血压病伴焦虑状态的临床疗效。[方法]将60例患者按随机数字表法随机分成治疗组与对照组,每组30例,以单纯服西药者为对照组,在此基础上服天麻钩藤饮加减者为治疗组,进行统计学分析比较。[结果]治疗组与对照组治疗后降压幅度和血压疗效上无明显差异,但在症状疗效总有效率上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]天麻钩藤饮加减配合西药对高血压伴焦虑状态的治疗作用,优于单纯服西药组。[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with Western medicine on hypertension with anxiety.[Methods] Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases per group.Those taking the western medicine only were served as the control group.On the basis of it,those taking the Tianma Gouteng decoction combined Western medicine were served as the treatment group.The statistical analysis was performed after the treatment.[Results] There was no difference of the decreasing degree of blood pressure between the treatment group and the control group.However,there were significant differences about the symptoms and effective power for decreasing blood pressure between two groups（P0.05）.[Conclusion] The curative effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with Western medicine is superior to taking Western medicine only.
