摘　　要：目的:优选丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验方法,以丹皮酚的提取量为指标,考察温度、时间、溶剂量对提取量的影响。结果:丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺为超声温度40℃,超声时间30 min,溶剂量300 mL。结论:超声波提取对丹皮酚的提取率影响不明显。Objective：To study the optimum extraction technology of paeonol.Methods：Paeonol was extracted by orthogonal test,and the effects of temperature of extraction,time of extraction,solvent volume of extraction were investigated with the extraction confenf as the index.Results：The optimum extraction technology of paeonol is as follows：extraction temperature was 40 ℃;extraction time was 30 minutes and solvent volume was 300 mL.Conclusion：Ultrasonic wave extraction technology has no obvious effect on extraction rate of paeonol.
