高职教师专业发展问题的思考

摘　　要：近年来,随着高职教育的蓬勃发展,高职教师的专业发展在整个高职教育中的地位越发显得重要。在阐述高职教师专业发展内涵的基础上,对目前教师专业发展的现状问题进行了分析,并针对存在的问题提出了教师专业发展的对策。In recent years,with the vigorous development of higher vocational education,higher vocational teachers＇ professional development of higher vocational education in the whole the position looks especially important.Based on the expatiation of the connotation of higher vocational teachers＇ professional development,current situation of teachers＇ professional development was analyzed,and put forward the existing problems of teachers＇ professional development countermeasures.
