大型啦啦操方阵表演训练方法探究——以山东省第二十二届运动会为例

摘　　要：大型啦啦操方阵表演自从成为北京奥运会、济南全运会开幕式上的开场秀以来,现在已是各种大型活动中的香饽饽。然而,啦啦操方阵表演的排练过程却是一项复杂而细致的工作。与小型啦啦操队表演相比,在表演时间、表演人数、动作编排和队形设计上都有着明显的区别。我们以山东省第二十二届运动会为例,探讨了大型啦啦操方阵表演的组织与训练方法,以期为各种大型活动的组织部门提供一些参考。After being performed on the opening ceremony of Beijing Olympic Games and the National Games in Jinan,large-scale cheerleading square team performance has become popular in various large public events.However,the training of the performance is a complex and delicate task,which has clear distinction in length,number of performers,choreography and team formation with small-scale ones.Taking the 22nd Sports Meeting of Shandong Province as an example,the article analyzes the training and organization of large-scale cheerleading square team performance,hoping to provide reference for the organizing department of large public events.
