摘　　要：自我控制能力是自我心理结构中重要的组成部分,是人适应社会的重要功能.在对自我控制的概念和测量方式进行回顾的基础上,详细介绍了目前自我控制研究领域中最具代表性的几种理论和相关研究进展,最后分别从国内外研究视角对该领域的发展趋势作出展望.The ability of self - control is an indispensable element in a person＇ s psychological structure, thus playing an important role in his adaptation to society. On the basis of the review of the concepts and the measures of self - control, the paper introduces in great detail several representative theories related to self - control and the latest developments of the relative research. Finally, it puts forward its prospects of the future development from the perspective of domestic and international research.
