摘　　要：在新形势下,根据高职院校学生的特点,坚持以人为本,做好学生的管理和教育工作,才能实现为国家培养合格高素质创新型技术人才的任务。Under the new situation, according to the characteristics of higher vocational and technical college students, we should carry out the people-oriented management and education of the students so as to fulfill the tasks of training qualified, well-educated and creative professionals with innovation for our country.
