摘　　要：该文从高职院校科研经费的来源着手，分析了目前高职院校科研经费管理现状及存在的问题，并根据这些问题分别从科研项目申报、研究、结题三个不同阶段提出了加强科研经费管理应采取的对策。From the source of scientific research outlays in higher vocational colleges, the paper analyses the present situation and problems of management of scientific research outlays. Depending on this analyse, it puts forword to the countermeasures of management of outlays from the differet three stages, that is, application, study and conluding.
