摘　　要：在大学生就业形势日益严峻的背景下，高职学生在完成学业的同时更应该有一个清晰的未来职业生涯规划。本文认为高职院校职业生涯规划教育工作应重视职业生涯规划的个体化教育，并从职业生涯规划的个体化分析与职业生涯个体化规划实践准备两方面不断加强对在校学生的引导和教育，创造一种多样化人才和谐的同时使社会、大学生本人和高校三方受益。Facing the increasingly serious situation of employment of college students, while finishing the academic work the students in higher vocational college should make a clear career planning. The paper explains that personalized education on career planning should be paid more attention and the college should instruct and educate the srudents from the two aspects, that is , personalized analyse and practice preparation of career planning to benefit society, students and colleges by creating various harmony of talent.
