摘　　要：为了实现三维装配工艺规划与仿真信息的现场发布,提出了一种基于PDF的三维装配工艺文件生成方法。首先,提出了工艺文件模板的生成方法,然后通过分析三维装配工艺信息模型,建立工艺信息处理过程。使用装配仿真过程到轻量化模型三维实体动画的映射规则,实现了装配过程仿真的实体模型动画的发布。最后开发了一个三维装配工艺文件生成系统,通过某型号飞机右机翼为例,验证了方法的有效性。In order to issue the 3D assembly process plan and simulation, it process 3D assembly process generation method based on PDF. It presents the assembly process model, establishes the dealing with information process based on analysis of 3D assembly process. Appling the minimum weight model of 3D assembly process, it builds the rules of assembly simulation and realizes the information announcement. Taking the aircraft right wing as an example, it verifies the method.
