摘　　要：通过对薄壁筒形件加工工艺进行分析,介绍了旋压加工的工艺计算,旋压工艺参数的确定及工装设计,同时分析了生产中出现的问题,提出了解决措施,保证了该零件的顺利成形。Through the analysis of forming process of cylindrical parts,the spinning process and process parameters and fixture design were introduced,the defects of parts were analyzed,also some measures were taken to solve the problem in spinning and ensure the the parts spun smoothly.
