摘 要:以少量淀粉和粘土等量替代炭黑,制备粘土/淀粉/炭黑/SBR复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:与炭黑/SBR复合材料相比,淀粉/炭黑/SBR复合材料撕裂强度和抗湿滑性能提高,伸张疲劳次数增多,定伸应力和耐磨性能大幅下降,且压缩温升增大;与淀粉/炭黑/SBR复合材料相比,粘土/淀粉/炭黑/SBR复合材料定伸应力和耐磨性能提高,压缩生热降低且抗湿滑性能较好。Using low level of starch and clay to replace the same level of carbon black,the clay/starch/carbon black/SBR composites were prepared,and the properties of composites were investigated.The results showed that,compared with those of carbon black/SBR composite,the tear strength and wet skid resistance of starch/carbon black/SBR composite increased,the number of tensile fatigue increased,the modulus and wear resistance decreased sharply,and compression temperature rise increased;compared with starch/carbon black/SBR composite,the modulus,wear resistance and wet skid resistance of clay/starch/carbon black/SBR composite were improved,and compression heat build-up decreased.
