One-Step Synthesis of Amino-Functionalized Mesoporous Adsorbents for Selective Adsorption of Heavy Metals from Aqueous Solution

摘  要:以聚甲基含氢硅氧烷(PMHS)、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(APTMS)作为反应前驱体,在无需传统结构导向剂的溶胶-凝胶体系中制备了介孔结构发达的氨基功能化凝胶吸附剂,并采用元素分析、固体核磁共振、傅里叶红外光谱、低温氮气吸附/脱附、透射电镜和热重分析等手段对产物结构性能进行了表征。氮气吸附和透射电镜测试结果证实:氨基功能化介孔凝胶吸附剂具有典型三维"蠕虫状"孔道排布,孔径分布集中,且比表面积和孔体积随氨基引入量变化可在615~850 m2.g-1和0.83~1.19 cm3·g-1范围内变化。元素分析,固体核磁共振,红外光谱和热重分析结果表明:氨基功能组分已被有效地引入介孔凝胶材料的网络织构体系。金属吸附实验表明:氨基功能化介孔凝胶吸附剂对重金属Pb2+具有选择吸附特性,吸附量并随反应原料中APTMS含量提高呈现出相应增加趋势。Mesoporous amino-functionalized adsorbents with developed frameworks were facilely synthesized using polymeric polymethylhydrosiloxane(PMHS),tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS) and aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane(APTMS) as co-precursors via a one-step sol-gel method in absence of traditional structure-directing agents.The as-prepared materials were characterized by elemental analysis,solid state NMR,FTIR,N2-adsorption-desorption,TEM and TGA.The N2-sorption and TEM results indicate that the resulting samples with APTMS in the framework are in three-dimensional wormhole-like pore structures with narrow pore size distribution and the specific surface area and pore volume could be tuned in the range of 615~850 m2·g-1 and 0.83~1.19 cm3·g-1,respectively.In addition,the results from elemental analysis,MAS NMR,FTIR and TGA results reveal that a certain amount of amino moieties have been effectively introduced into the mesostructured samples via co-condensation of siliceous species.The adsorption toward metal ions implies that the amino-functionalized mesostructures show favorable affinity to Pb2+ ions under simulated conditions and the adsorption amount of Pb2+ increases with increasing of the APTMS amount in the adsorbents.
